Chick-fil-A franchise owner Matthew Sexton is set to open his second location on November 17 at 122 Eglin Parkway NE in Fort Walton Beach. The expansion is due to the success of his Beal Parkway location. The new restaurant inherits the original secret recipe that’s still in use, which was established in 1967 in Atlanta. Chick-fil-A is known for its contributions to the community, including its Shared Table program which donates surplus food to charitable organizations, and scholarship opportunities for employees. The grand opening event will feature gift bags for the first 50 attendees.
