As Thanksgiving approaches, local business Mills Heating and Air is rallying its employees, customers, and neighbors to join their efforts in feeding the hungry this holiday season. With three locations in Fort Walton Beach, Freeport, and Panama City, Mills Heating and Air is now accepting donations of non-perishable food items at all of their offices.
The rising inflation rates have put a strain on many families’ budgets, making it even more challenging for some to afford basic necessities like food. Recognizing this need, owner Chris White and his company have been dedicated to restocking the shelves of area food pantries during the holiday season.
The food drive sponsored by Mills Heating and Air will continue until Wednesday, November 15. If you and your family are able to contribute, you can drop off your donations at any of the Mills locations. Stay updated on the list of needed non-perishable food items by following the Mills Heating and Air Facebook page.
Let’s come together as a community and make a difference in the lives of those who may be struggling this Thanksgiving.
